Saadiyat: the Cultural District

Cranleigh Abu Dhabi stands in beautiful and spacious grounds of 18 acres, in a prime location between the Cultural and Beach Districts of Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi. Within a two-kilometre radius of the school, pupils and staff have access to the cultural and leisure highlights of the city:

Louvre Abu Dhabi, which opened in November 2017 offers a number of superior quality educational collaboration opportunities in which we are honoured to actively participate. And in the future, the Guggenheim Abu Dhabi and Zayed National Museum.

Recently the prestigious Berklee College of Music joined the Saadiyat arts fraternity a stone’s throw from Cranleigh campus. The Manarat Al Saadiyat located across one minor thoroughfare hosts Abu Dhabi Art and the Hay Festival and our relationship runs deep with the art studio via meaningful partnerships across all year groups.

The beautiful Saadiyat Beach is on our doorstep which plays host to our cross country running club and is the focus of our Eco Committee on many levels. New York University Abu Dhabi is within walking distance, and we are privileged to have a developed relationship with regard to sports and the arts. The incredible Saadiyat Beach Golf Club provides a green and luscious space for wildlife to thrive.
